If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from notochordgroup.com for any reason, you may return your purchase and get a full refund within 7 days of order delivery. Notochord will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
Unless your item is received damaged, or there was some error on our part, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment. In the unlikely event that you find your product to be damaged upon opening it, please notify Customer Support at 1-800-321-0974 or service@notochordgroup.com. Please notify Customer Support of any damages on the product of packaging within 5 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.
If you wish to return/exchange your order, please contact 1-800-321-0974 or service@notochordgroup.com. Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and provide Customer Support with the shipment tracking number.
When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order within 3 business days.
